Refund policy
At Safe & Secure Transport LLC, we are committed to providing professional transportation coordination and logistics support services. Due to the nature of transportation scheduling, carrier dispatching, administrative processing, and reserved transport capacity, the following Refund & Return Policy applies to all bookings, deposits, and service payments.
Transportation Service Payments
Payments made to Safe & Secure Transport LLC may include:
- Broker service fees
- Administrative coordination fees
- Carrier reservation deposits
- Dispatch and scheduling fees
- Full-service transportation payments
All payments are applied toward transportation coordination and logistics-related services.
Deposit Policy
Deposits and booking fees are generally considered non-refundable once:
- A carrier has been assigned
- Dispatching or scheduling has begun
- Route planning or administrative processing has started
- Pickup arrangements have been confirmed
- Transport capacity has been reserved on the customer’s behalf
This policy exists because transportation resources, scheduling availability, permitting coordination, and carrier commitments are secured immediately upon booking.
Customer Cancellations
If a customer cancels prior to carrier assignment or dispatch activity, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Safe & Secure Transport LLC, minus any administrative, processing, or scheduling expenses already incurred.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, scheduled, picked up, or placed in transit, payments become fully earned and non-refundable.
Carrier Delays & Scheduling
Transportation schedules are estimated and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic and road closures
- DOT compliance requirements
- Mechanical issues
- Permit processing
- Facility delays
- Unforeseen operational circumstances
Delays alone do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or service reversals.
Returned, Refused, or Abandoned Shipments
Customers remain financially responsible for:
- Storage fees
- Redelivery fees
- Return transport costs
- Recovery expenses
- Additional carrier charges resulting from refusal, abandonment, or inability to accept delivery
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Transportation coordination services begin immediately upon processing
- Administrative and dispatch-related work is performed upon booking
- Signed agreements, invoices, dispatch records, communications, GPS records, Bills of Lading, and carrier confirmations may be used to dispute fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
Customers agree to contact Safe & Secure Transport LLC directly to attempt resolution prior to initiating disputes with financial institutions.
Non-Returnable Services
Because our company provides logistics coordination and transportation-related services rather than physical retail goods, completed or partially completed services cannot be “returned” once performed.
