1. Company Services

Safe & Secure Transport LLC operates as a transportation coordination and logistics arrangement company. We coordinate and arrange transportation services through independent licensed motor carriers, owner-operators, and logistics providers.

We do not guarantee specific pickup or delivery times unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on:

Current market conditions
Carrier availability
Fuel pricing
Equipment requirements
Shipment dimensions and weight
Route restrictions and permitting requirements

Pricing may change prior to carrier assignment due to market fluctuations or operational conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate shipment information
Disclose all dimensions, modifications, and operational conditions
Ensure shipments are properly prepared for transport
Remove personal belongings unless otherwise authorized
Be available for pickup and delivery coordination

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges, delays, or cancellation.

4. Oversize & Heavy Haul Freight

Shipments involving oversize, overweight, or specialized equipment may require:

Permits
Escort vehicles
Route surveys
Specialized trailers
DOT compliance procedures

Estimated timelines may vary due to permitting, weather, roadway restrictions, or regulatory requirements.

5. Payments

Payments may include:

Deposits
Dispatch fees
Administrative coordination fees
Full transportation payments

Certain shipments may require partial payment upfront with remaining balances due upon delivery pursuant to carrier terms.

Customers authorize Safe & Secure Transport LLC to process approved transactions related to booked services.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Once carrier assignment, dispatching, scheduling, route planning, or transportation services have begun, payments may become non-refundable.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Safe & Secure Transport LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Weather
Natural disasters
Traffic conditions
Mechanical failures
Government restrictions
Facility delays
DOT inspections
Permit processing
Acts beyond reasonable operational control

Estimated pickup and delivery dates are non-guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Safe & Secure Transport LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid directly to our company for coordination services.

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Storage fees
Downtime
Business interruption
Mechanical failures unrelated to transportation handling

Claims involving physical cargo damage must generally be documented at delivery on the Bill of Lading.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals for legitimately authorized transportation services.

Documentation including:

Signed agreements
Bills of Lading
GPS records
Carrier confirmations
Dispatch records
Email/SMS communications
may be used in response to disputes or financial investigations.
